We NFPE, know we can and We made History...The Indefinite Hunger Strike in front of the Office of the Chief Postmaster General, Kerala Circle by All India Postal Casual Part-time Contingent Contract Workers Federation - NFPE became a historic success.
Com. N. Sreekandan, Circle Secretary, AIPCPCCWF & Com. P. V. Rajendran, Convenor, NFPE and General Secretary, Confederation of Central Government Employees & Workers went on Indfenite Hunger Strike from 16/06/2015 demanding the implementation of Wage Revision for all Casual Part-time Contingent Contract Workers from 01/01/2006 as per the order of DG (Posts) on 22/01/2015 and to cancel the Order issued by CPMG dated 18/05/2015 to recover the emoluments already given to the workers.
At the resolution of the strike, we achieved a qualified success, which none of the organisation among Postal Employees could claim. This is the victory of Togetherness.
Given below is the copy of the Order issued from Office of the Chief Postmaster General, Kerala Circle after the meeting with our leaders.
